Big bar bells, small bar bells
Lift them all the way.
Oh what fun it is to pump
Some heavy weights each day, hey!

It’s one of many ways
To increase bone and muscle strength
And energise our days.
Dashing through my mind
Are lists of things to do.
Mealtimes are so rushed
We often forget to chew.
What if we slowed down
And savoured every bite?
We’d enjoy our food a whole lot more
And experience true delight, hey!
Oven bells, oven bells
The Christmas roast is done
Turkey, barra, lamb or veg
Cooking can be fun, hey!
Oven bells, oven bells
Experience all the smells.
If we eat food mindfully
It nourishes our cells.
Dashing is the norm
Each day feels like a race.
But lately I’ve been asking myself:
What are we trying to chase?
What really brings you joy?
Who do you want to be?
What do you value most in life?
Are you living authentically?

Pedal all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride
And get fitter every day, hey!

Exercise improves the brain.
The key is to make it fun for YOU
So it’s easy to sustain.
Dashing through our lives
Leaves little time to reflect
How each new day can bring great joy
When we treat our bodies with respect.
My wish for you this Christmas
Is for you to appreciate YOU.
When you celebrate your uniqueness
You’ll achieve what you most want to do.
