Thank you very much to the people who used the word ‘compassion’. Compassion – as I see it – is one of the great gifts of this virus. Compassion, love and empathy are now at the forefront worldwide. Although we’ve paid a high price for them, it will bring greater quality of life to everyone in the long run.

In response to Steph and Ben:
Wow what amazing insights from such young minds! You provide hope for a better, kinder, more caring world. This virus has definitely offered ‘Rare Opportunities’ unheard of in our lifetime and the opportunities have all been related to caring for others and for the earth. People have showed initiative, done business differently and re-invented almost every aspect of their lives. It’s been an opportunity to re-prioritise the way we live without having to explain ourselves as to why we’re doing it. A sort of ‘free pass’ to be creative and get away with it. You are right, Steph and Ben, opportunities have never before been available in such a doable way – without having to write proposals then wait months and go through several committees for approval! I’ve been saying for a long time that kids these days are born wise and seem to be wired differently. They instantly understand our current world issues and how to resolve them. Well done to you both!
