What is Neuroplasticity?

What is Neuroplasticity?

The term ‘neuroplasticity’ derives from two words:
‘neuron’ meaning brain cell and ‘plastic’ meaning malleable or able to be moulded.

Neuroplasticity means that your brain is constantly changing (or ‘rewiring’) in response to everything you do, think, feel and believe. Contrary to what I was taught in medical school several decades ago, we continue to grow new brain cells throughout our lives. This gives us enormous personal power and allows us to adapt to an ever-changing world. It also enables us to sharpen our thinking and improve the functioning of our brain at any age or stage of life.

How can Neuroplasticity help you?

By rewiring your brain you can think better, learn better, create better, relate better and achieve far more than you ever thought possible. Neuroplasticity opens avenues for change we never previously knew existed.

The brain runs the show of our lives.
Use it or lose it.
Train it and regain it.

You can rewire your brain to re-inspire your life.

Testimonials

  • You did a fantastic presentation this morning at the Australian & New Zealand Weight Loss Leaders Summit in Auckland. I looked around at the audience at times and they were captivated. I loved the way you involved the attendees and made such fun of important concepts to get them to stay with your audience. I have your Seven Mindsets at the ready for myself. Thank you.
