Dr Helena was a guest at Auckland Writers and Readers Festival in May 2013 where she spoke alongside Kate De Goldi, and she was the key presenter for Brain Awareness Week throughout New Zealand in March 2014. Helena has been interviewed by Kim Hill on Radio NZ and has appeared on TV3 Firstline, TVNZ News and Television Hawkes Bay Chatroom.

In the USA, Helena has presented on The Health & Wellness Entrepreneur, Power Women Radio and Lessons in Joyful Living. She is pictured above with Arianna Huffington (co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post) whom she met during a visit to Los Angeles in 2015.
